Language Assistance

The purpose of the Ombuds Office is to assist any UW-Madison faculty or staff member in dealing with challenges that arise in the workplace. It is a safe place where employees can seek guidance regarding concerns at any time, without fear of reprisal, and at no cost to them.

The Ombuds Office works with interpreters from the university’s Cultural Linguistics Services (CLS) to serve non-native English speaking faculty and staff in the following languages.
